n. See SHEET. A paper form on a clipboard at the GROCERY MANAGER'S desk upon which you write the total number of full and/or partial CASES of an ITEM being put into or taken out of BACK-STOCK, along with the ITEM'S STORE CODE. Used for INVENTORY control, e.g., to prevent unnecessary re-ordering of ITEMS that are already on-hand.

NOTE: You PLUS (+) a CASE going into BACK-STOCK, and MINUS (-) a CASE when it comes out—for example, if it goes to either the SHELF or onto a SALES RUNNER.
